The images we display have the most accurate colors possible, but it's important to note that rug colors, sizes, and patterns may vary slightly depending on how your rug is made and the size ordered. Due to different monitor resolutions and lighting, you may notice a slight difference in color. Each handmade rug is unique to the artisan who wove it, and these variations are not considered defects.

When you unroll your new rug, you may see some creases and bunching in the pile and around the corners. These waves will flatten within 2-3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug. To help expedite the process, you can try back rolling the rug, placing heavy objects on affected areas, or using heat from the sun or a hair dryer (as a last resort) to smooth out the creases.

Our rugs are designed with resilience against everyday wear-and-tear, making them kid and pet friendly, and perfect for high-traffic areas both indoors and outdoors, such as patios, living rooms, kitchens, and hallways. The sleek and functional pile height allows for convenient placement in entryways, underneath furniture, and will not obstruct doorways.

Lastly, our rugs are both water and fade resistant, but keeping the rug in the shade will prolong its lifespan and reduce fading over time. If needed, the rug can be hosed down outside and spot-treated for any mild stains using a rug cleaner.
