Due to different monitor resolutions and lighting, you may notice a slight difference in color. Each handmade rug is unique to the artisan who wove it, and these variations are not considered defects.

You may see some creases and bunching in the pile and around the corners when you unroll your new rug. These waves will flatten within 2-3 weeks as you begin to use your new rug. Use these tricks to help flatten your rug: Back Rolling - roll the carpet out, then roll it back up reversely with the backside up, and let it sit for a day or two; Heavy Objects - lay a piece of heavy furniture or objects on affected areas for a day or two; Heat - as a last resort, place the rug over a cleared concrete or area like a driveway or sidewalk, allowing it to absorb the sun's heat for up to two hours; Blow Dryer - if a large concrete patch is not accessible, flip the rug over and use a hair dryer on a medium setting, holding it 7 to 12 inches away from the rug and going side to side, as heat can sometimes cause the backing to melt.

Please note that rugs may contain temporary creases upon arrival, and it's important to allow time for these creases to flatten and settle.
